Thank you for your interest in having a Career Services Staff member speak in your class or to your group. This is a great way to integrate career planning and professionalism into your learning objectives and initiatives. If the presentation date is less than two weeks away, please use the 'DCTC' (Don't Cancel That Class) option.
You will receive an email response from Career Services acknowledging your request. Your presentation is not confirmed until you receive notification from a member of our team. Please allow 2 business days for review and response back from Career Services.
Note: Presentations are typically delivered between regular business hours of 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, and 8:30 am - 3 pm, Friday. Staff will consider requests outside of regular business hours, if a staff member or employer partner is available.

Our team welcomes every opportunity to partner with faculty to schedule presentations for your class. We can be flexible, taking just a few minutes to provide an overview of Career Services, or we can use a full class period to present on the topic of your choice.

We appreciate your commitment to providing our students with valuable real-world insights. You can express your interest in bringing employers into your class for engaging sessions, workshops, or discussions.
Don't Cancel That Class (DCTC)
If you must miss a class due to personal or professional obligations, and you cannot find another faculty member to cover your class, we urge you to not cancel it. Instead, schedule a trained educator to facilitate an interactive workshop for your class. To do so, select DCTC from the drop down menu for 'Type of Presentation' and we will connect. Note, we request 5 business days lead time to schedule and confirm a DCTC presentation.
