Johnny Thunderbird Event Request
This is the official form to request Johnny Thunderbird at your signature or traditional event.
When requesting Johnny please keep in mind that Johnny is available for a maximum of two hours per event. Special accommodations are reviewed on case-by-case basis. Also, all inflatable Johnny requests will be communicated to Facilities by the Department of Campus Recreation. Inflatable Johnny will be canceled if there is poor weather conditions. The event planner is responsible for all set up specifics for the inflatable Johnny.
All requests are based on availability, therefor requests must be submitted 14 days in advance.
