Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life
A student must have earned a minimum of 12 credits, a minimum of a 2.5 cumulative GPA , and be registered as a full-time student to be eligible to join a fraternity or sorority. First year students may join in the spring semester even if they entered the university with 12 or more credits in the fall semester.
By filling out this form, I hereby authorize the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life (OFSL) to examine my academic records to determine whether or not I meet the academic criterion for joining a fraternity or sorority. Should I become affiliated with a fraternity or sorority, I also agree that OFSL will regularly monitor my academic progress for the purposes of scholarship research and to determine eligibility status for various activities. In addition, I agree that my grades will be furnished to the fraternity or sorority national headquarters upon request, or as OFSL deems appropriate.
